Returns and Refunds
Nuhaa by Iyanla & Eliana Fragances is so confident in our products that we offer a full refund if not 100% satisfied.
In order for us to refund you:
Email orders@nuhaafragrances.com within 24 hours or receiving your order.
We will not accept any returns without prior written notice.
Provide your proof of purchase, receipt etc
Once the return has been authorised, you have 7 business days to return the order.
The customer is liable for shipping costs of returns.
The bottle and/or packaging must be free of visible damage,
Any visible usage of the product will be at Nuhaa Fragrances’ discretion to assess the replacement or refund.
Delivery fees will not be refunded.
